Mike passed away on 20 December 2013.

Mike left his estate (which included the farm) to his nieces and nephews: Kathy, Margaret, Denis (children of Pat and Reg), Donna, Anne (children of Elaine and Ray), Greg, Darryl, Garry, Kerryl (children of Bill and Joan) and Ray, Sheryl and Joanne (children of Joe and Val).

In 2014, Kathy and Margaret acquired the house block from Mike’s estate and Ray Morrissy acquired the creek road block from Mike’s estate.
